The pastors of the Pondok Betania Surabaya Church congregation are Mr. Rev. Rolly Rorong and Mrs. Pastor Rev. Debby Wungkana. In 1989 through the gifts that worked on God's children in the city of Manado and Bitung, North Sulawesi, God commanded to start a ministry in the city of Surabaya. With faith Believing, the act of Faith and by only carrying suitcases, stepping towards the city of Surabaya to start the service, then God opens the way. In addition to being the Pastor of the Congregation of the LORD entrusted him to be the Founder and chairman of the SAFARI INDONESIA FULL OF ANOINTING ministry starting in 1993, preaching the gospel from the island of Sumatra to the island of Papua, the LORD entrusted him to be the President of PCOGIM Indonesia (Pentecostal Church of God International Movement), Vice Chairman of GESBA mubes surabaya, Chairman of PGPI-P Evangelism.
